At Budden Family Beef, we are committed to providing premium-quality beef. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 0429 963 521 or liz@buddenfamilybeef.com

To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be presented in its original packaging, accompanied by clear photos.

As beef is a perishable item and highly sensitive to handling and temperature changes, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for products that have not been stored correctly after delivery.

Please be aware: It is normal for vacuum-sealed beef to have a harmless packaging odour when the seal is first broken. This is not a sign of spoilage, and the scent will naturally fade once the beef is removed from the packaging.
